Velo Orange Cigne Stem
- Enables handlebars to be placed in a higher position without using a ton of spacers
- Functions as both a stem and top cap. Star nut should be approximately 1cm from the top of your steerer tube and at least 55mm of tube is needed (metal only, not for use with carbon steerers)
- Height is 145mm from base to center of bar clamp
- Long pre-tension bolt included
- Available in High Polish or Noir (black) with Velo Orange logo laser engraved
